I’m really tired of explaining this to penguins individually, so I’m posting it here. Penguins say ‘Rockhopper’s banned!’, and ask ‘Where is Rockhopper?’ First of all, Rockhopper is NOT Banned. If you have tried to hack Rockhopper, you’ll think he’s banned. He’s NOT. It’s just a blocker to keep people from hacking Rockhopper and going on his account. You can only access this from a certain place in Canada. Anyways, that’s what I’ve heard. Same thing with the Mods. That’s why people are saying ‘Billybob is banned!’. He’s NOT banned either.
Now for the ‘Where is Rockhopper?’ Question. People think they haven’t seen Rockhopper because he’s banned. He’s not banned so he’s obviously in another server. OR he might not even be on CP at all.

Its actually because rockhopper is not a real penguin the on thats banned forever is just a person who named his penguin rockhopper and it got hacked and banned forever

I hacked rock hopper with cpt2 . so you can acuttely hack him plus i got
remember me on this computer. so your actually rong. if you really want to
hack him get cpt2!!
{if u want to see rock hopper go on frozen Saturday 1 00 2 00 3 at the
docks for 10 minutes}
if you got cpt2 here is how u hack rock hopper first go to frozen then click
modater call it rockhopper then chage to red then click on name chage
chage it to Rockhopper then go to face item tipe in 442 then go to the
dock then your him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
